After a few weeks hiatus trying to enjoy some of this great summer we've been having, Devon and I are back at it for another podcast. Today we talk about the stigma of losing weight, or how taboo the conversation of weight loss and healthy lifestyle has become in most of our society. We talk about how this has impacted our own lives and the lives of those around us, and also a few easy things you can do to get past it and keep on track. Hopefully this discussion will help you understand that you're not alone if you're feeling some resistance to your new healthy lifestyle and that there are definitely ways to make things easier and more enjoyable.
