As you doubtless know by now – we run our regular Ask Alfonso strand every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and they’re one of the most popular features here at Angry Trainer Fitness (thanks for all the great questions by the way - as you can imagine we receive a LOT of them now and I try and answer as many as I can) However because I have so much passion for many of the questions I’ve been asked, my site producer Richard thought it would be a great idea for you to HEAR some of answers, rather than just read them. And I agree! So from now on, every Wednesday we’re going to be answering our Ask Alfonsos as a podcast. Today it’s the turn of Charles, a reader who found me through iTunes, and wanted to know my thoughts on pre and post workout supplements.
