Summary: You know I’m a firm believer that you need to pick and choose battles in life, and especially when it comes to diet and exercise. Well Aaron from Missouri has written to me because a few years ago she read an article that implied drinking water during - and 30 minutes after - a meal would dilute stomach enzymes and therefore negatively impact how your body’s digestion process! Now Aaron’s rather confused – and I suspect many of you out there feel the same way. So is drinking water good or bad for our bodies? Hmmm… I feel an Angry Trainer Rant on the way! :-
