Summary: Over the years I’ve come to realize that there are two types of people who engage in regular exercise - those that do TOO LITTLE and those that do TOO MUCH! Ironically, the effects on your body can be the same in both of these scenarios – both under-exercising and over-exercising can lead to fat gain, lethargy, joint pain and decreased fitness levels. Today’s Ask Alfonso Podcast is my response to Lynette, who wonders if she’s working out too much. After losing 100 pounds, she’s reached a plateau and doesn’t know what to do next in order to keep losing weight.
