Summary: I have to thank all of for actively participating in Angry Trainer Fitness. I’m really getting some terrific questions at the moment and it’s a pleasure to be able to pass on my advice and hopefully help some of you out there! Today, Christian from Costa Rica has written in because he’s lost muscle tissue recently. About 6 months ago he changed up his program and swapped out a day of weight training for a day of cardio. So currently he performs 3 days of weights, and 2 days of cardio. The result has been a decline in Christian’s muscle mass – so what should he do next? As you probably know by now I’m not a fan of separate days of cardio and weights, and that’s a key issue that I address in my podcast. But I also have a few other ideas for Christian which I hope will prove useful to him – and all of you out there too! Let me know what you think – and keep those questions coming
