Summary: This is the first episode of the Lifestyle Accountability Show, where Devon and I introduce the show and talk about a few ways to stay motivated and on track after completing a health and fitness challenge. With so many different types and styles of health challenges out there - from sponsored 90 day challenges, to simply challenging co-workers on an individual scale, it's often much easier to kick things off and get started than it is to keep up with it - especially after the specific time frame has passed. As many of you know, we started this site (and this podcast) around the idea of a 90 day challenge. Now that we're a few weeks past the end of our 90 days, we wanted to take some time to reflect and talk about what we're doing to stay motivated and keep on track.
