The Future Needs session (http://www.iaug.org/e/in/eid=54&s=674&req=info) which will be held Thu, Jun 06, 2013 from 02:00 - 03:00 ET allows participants to provide direct feedback to Avaya on what they want the future of Avaya’s contact center product portfolio to be. Having heard throughout the previous week about what Avaya Product Management has planned for future releases of Avaya’s contact center products, during this session participants are given the opportunity to provide candid feedback as to what they, the product users, want to see in future releases. Key members of Avaya's Call Center Product Management team and including Avaya senior executives will be in attendance to listen to feedback and answer questions. This is a highly interactive session and each year participants come prepared with questions and valued suggestions. Some of Avaya most important innovations have resulted because of interactions between product users and Avaya product management personnel begun during previous year’s editions of the IAUG Contact Center Future Needs sessions.
