Summary: Wright's script, “A Turn to Grace,” was a semi-finalist in the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' annual Nicholl's Screenwriting Competition. Likewise, the Mark Taper Forum's Blacksmyth's Playwriting Program accepted and performed her “Prelude to a Revolution.” Tanya recently wrote and produced a series of Shakespearean-themed AIDS Public Service Announcement starring several African-American actors, including Oscar- nominated Taraji P. Henson. Wright is the writer/creator of several screenplays, television pilots, a soap opera, a web- based series and a reality show.
