Tim Kurkjian Talks Phillies & Why We Probably Won't Ever See The Great Roy Halladay Again

Tony Bruno and Harry Mayes - 97.5 the Fanatic show

Summary: Tim Kurkjian joins Bruno and Mayes after a great Phillies win last night still weary of where Roy Halladay stands. As compared to previous seasons, there's no longer late movement on his pitches. After the game, Halladay admitted that he was forcing the game. Believing that he can do better, Halladay says that many of his issues are 95% mental. Halladay is not one to whine but he used to be mentally stronger when pitching. According to Kurkjian, Halladay needs to put it together quickly because he isn't the same as in his prime.
