One of the authors of the report will join us to discuss the findings, and guests from the <a href="http://www.aei.org/" target="_blank"><strong>American Enterprise Institute</strong></a> and <a href="http://www.foe.org/" target="_blank"><strong>Friends of the Earth</strong></a> will debate the merits of carbon taxes.</p>
