Summary: On Friday, former Congressman Ron Paul with met the press at the Ottawa Convention Centre after speaking at the 2013 Manning Networking Conference. Dr. Paul held serve along side Preston Manning, organizer of the conference and founder of the Manning Centre for Building Democracy.
