Summary: Tonight I was joined by famed cook book author and master barbecue and griller, Ted Reader. I had him on a few months ago but tonight we focused on PLANK COOKING on the grill. Ted talks about the basics of plank cooking and then throws out some pretty wild ideas regarding food items to cook on a plank.
