Summary: A show riddled with technical issues for some reason so let me apologize for it right up front! Head pit master of HomeBBQ.com joined me to talk about cooking a turkey outside on the barbecue pit. We cover all of the elements from prep to finished plating, albeit a little rushed. Kevin talked about brining and what it does, what would to use for smoke flavor and what to do after the bird is done barbecuing. In the following segment, I was joined by my Mom Connie Rempe. She shared some of her favorite side dish recipes for the big T-Giving Holliday!
