Summary: In this video demonstration, CIA Chef Bill Briwa prepares a delicious toubouleh, using toasted almonds in place of traditional bulgur. Chef Briwa allows the salad to rest for at least 10 minutes before serving, so that the almonds can absorb the delicious dressing as well as the liquid from the tomatoes and cucumbers.
