Summary: On today's edition of MLS in 30, Garrett and Jon rejoice in the coming return of MLS and the ability watch Champions League and Copa Libertadores to distract from the preseason. With that said, they still talk preseason news and notes and talk about how jarring it was to see Shalrie Joseph in rave green. The first guest is Thomas Floyd of the Washington Times. Thomas tells the guys about how D.C. United's quiet offseason and several player departures have the fans on edge, but he also makes the case for continued trust in manager Ben Olsen. Next, Center Line Soccer's Robert Jonas comes on the show to talk San Jose Earthquakes. Jonas looks ahead to a busy 2013 for San Jose and tells Garrett and Jon how the team is looking improve on a 2012 season that saw them win the Supporters Shield but not MLS Cup. All that, plus a "Best ______ of the Week" that's actually related to MLS and everything else you're used to on MLS in 30.
