Summary: This is Ron Paul's Texas Straight Talk legislative update for the week of 4/23 - We should not be surprised that big brother is back, making another attempt to take over our free internet under the guise of national security. SOPA and PIPA where widely rebuked by the people, due to the legislation's vague language and the widely perceived federal power grab. Many in the press are already trying to convince you that CISPA, or the “Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act”, is completely unrelated legislation. But make no mistake, this bill will only further intertwine the interests of big business and big government, and will threaten the internet as we know it!
