Summary: Dr. Ron Paul was a prominent force at the 2012 Minnesota State GOP convention on Friday at the St. Cloud Rivers Edge Convention Center. Around 2000 state delegates gave an enthusiastic welcome to the Congressman, who offered libertarian solutions to the country's problems.
