This time, we put to rest any excuse you're using because you haven't lost the weight you know should to become that healthier, thinner you.  See if your excuse fits into one of these 8 categories: Nutritional education Food Exercise Damage from previous diets Hit a plateau Emotions Motivation Medical In the email and comments section of the show, Angie writes in with a question about feeling hungry between meals and which snack would be the best.  Jillian, a full time student, asks when is the best time to workout, morning or evening?  Can we all answer this question in unison? ANYTIME! And finally Amanda wrote in with a question that we all wish we had.  She's 12 pounds from her goal weight and was wondering if she can lower her calorie level a little more aggressively to reach her goal weight a little faster. On the Web Report, Jeff has an article about the morbidly obese.  Those individuals that have blasted through the overweight and obese categories that are now in danger of dying because of their weight.  Surprisingly, to him anyway, Russ was in this category at the beginning of the show and Jeff, at his heaviest, was dangerously close.  Russ discusses an article that says 1 in 5 four year olds, 20%, are obese!  That's over 500,000 of them here in the United States.
