Summary: 3D compositing is a technique where you can manipulate objects, in a video, in 3D space. In plain language, that means you can twist, turn and spin objects...while also creating depth between those objects. If you've ever seen a video where one object appears in the foreground while another appears in the background...and there appears to be distance or space between these objects, that's 3D compositing in action.
