Then exalted him to be ruler over the people he defiled. God have used Satan to brind evil and salvation to earth, and God instructed Satan to kill people as many as he want to fulfil his purpose. Just a lot of confused ideas no one can ever comprehend. It is nonsense of course because it's fictional writing no one should think those things actually happened.
