All in all a fantastic meet especially with only 2 months prep after Raw Nationals. I get roasted over bench press. We discuss - No taper (Minimal Taper) + Singles only deadlift training. Bench Press training went very well, but fell short with plenty of factors - essentially just very inefficient setup on gameday via off handoffs and slippery bench.
