In honor of the Army-Navy game on December 8th in Philadelphia, Chellie talks with Liberty USO CEO, Joe Brooks about the new USO lounge at PHL. This less than a year old 4,600-square-foot facility has a full restaurant-style kitchen, men's and women's bunk-rooms, a family playroom, theater-style seats, showers and is staffed by Liberty USO volunteers.
