TransCanna’s management team has significant experience in California’s cannabis industry. TransCanna’s CEO and Chairman is James Pakulis, a pioneer in the California cannabis market. Between 2010 to 2012 Mr. Pakulis was CEO of General Cannabis, a publicly traded company on the OTCQX.
