Jeni answers questions on antitrust law including: What is antitrust law, and how does it protect Ohio taxpayers?   UPDATE: On June 25, 2018, the United States Supreme Court issued its opinion in Ohio v. American Express Co.  The Court ruled 5-4 that provisions in American Express’ contracts with retailers—which prevented businesses from steering customers to use other credit cards that charged lower fees—did not violate federal antitrust law.
