Previously he worked for Ferrari Motorsports North America in a simillar role and he talks about the different approaches and goals of companies like Ferrari and Mazda with their racing efforts. Efrain also races vintage cars and talks a little bit about that world, and debunks the perception that it's wildly expensive or inaccesable. He also talks about how to spot someone who's cheating and the penalties imposed when there's little to no post-race tech inspection. He's one of those drivers who is a little under the radar, but if he continues on his current streak of success, that won't be the case for very long.
