Touched by Heaven - Everyday Encounters with God

"I felt someone come into my hospital room. I thought it was a nurse. I opened my eyes and saw Jesus looking at me. He was just looking at me." What Margaret felt in that moment, while looking into the eyes of Jesus, transformed her life and how she viewed the cancer that she was battling.

"The room began to shake. Things started flying off the walls. There was the stench of sulfur."

"We were all standing and praying. Suddenly, we were just dumbfounded, but we all saw what was impossible." A message from heaven had just arrived. 80 to100 bluejay feathers were doing what feathers can't do.

"I could see in the distance the lights of heaven. I could even hear the angels singing. It was like a magnet to me. But I wasn't allowed to go there. The angel told me to look down, which I did. I was standing just outside the gates of hell."

"The radio suddenly went off, and I heard an audible voice saying, 'if anything should happen,' and then delivered the message I was to hear. Then the radio came back on."

"Please don't make me go back," cried 11-year-old Pauline to Jesus. He then showed her a picture of a handsome young man that Pauline assumed was her future husband. "Jesus smiled, but he didn't correct me." Jesus didn't want to ruin the surprise.

"I could see a beam of light shooting through the hole in His foot. I cried. I realized that not only was He real, so was the crucifixion."
