Video #0017 – How to install the Crunchyroll app on the Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Stick | File Type: video/x-m4v | Duration: 11:28

Amazon has recently entered the hotly-contested set-top-box market, with its Fire TV and Fire TV Stick. What's unique about these devices are that, being Amazon products, they plug you directly into the Amazon Prime video ecosystem, and are the best way of watching the tons of free-to-stream video content that comes with your Amazon Prime membership. But these devices are also unique in that they are full-on Android devices, and can (with a little bit of effort) be configured to install any Android app. In this video I show you how you can install the Crunchyroll Android app on your Fire TV or Fire TV Stick, making it a powerful and cost-effective way of getting Crunchyroll on the big screen! It's been over a month since Anime Expo 2014, and thanks to an extremely busy schedule that just didn't mesh up with the busy schedules of my fellow cohosts, I haven't been able to finish editing our mega recap episode of doom. I hope to do so this weekend. In the meantime, here is one of two interviews we managed to grab at Anime Expo 2014, with Peter Payne of J-List. We talk about the latest goings-on at J-List, as well as visual novels/dating sims, including the recently released (and altogether awesome) Steins;gate.  Episode #0042 – Anime Expo 2014, Air Video HD and a Chat with Peter Payne | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 39:36

After a long absence due to some "interesting" (in the Chinese proverb sense of the word) medical issues, we are back! Sorry for the downtime. Today we're taking a look at the Anime Expo 2014 guest list. Anime Expo is our favorite anime con (and we're not just saying that because it's located practically in our backyard.) We also take a look at a really cool app that I found that any anime lover should have on their smartphone or tablet. Finally, we resurrect an interview that I thought I had lost, with Peter Payne of J-List, from last year's Anime Expo. Today's Sponsor: Listeners like you! Help us bring this show and website to you. Today's Theme: "Gomen ne, Iiko ja Irarenai." (ごめんね、いいコじゃいられない, "Sorry, I'm Done Being a Good Kid.") by Miku Sawai, 1st ED to the anime "KILL la KILL." Watch it on Crunchyroll.  Episode #0040 – Anime Expo 2013 Recap of Doom! (Part 1 of 2) | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:10:56

At long last, we bring you our coverage of Anime Expo 2013. (Part 1 of 2) Fortunately, this time the delay was not caused by a hard drive crash. (After last year’s fiasco I learned my lesson; this time I made about five different backups of all our AX files.) However due to some audio glitches, editing this turned out to be harder than usual. Also I’ve just been incredibly busy, back on a job that requires 3+ hour bus commutes, and haven’t had a good solid block of time when I could sit down and record and edit. And of course there was the week or so I was out thanks to good old Con Crud. We managed to gas on for over 2 hours, so I’ll be turning this into a two-parter. In this first part we talk about our impressions of AX, what we saw and did, and what we liked (and didn’t like). I still intend to finish processing our video and photos from AX, so those will be coming out piecemeal over the next few weeks. So keep your eyes on our YouTube and our Photo Gallery.  Episode #0039 – PMX 2012 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 41:45

Today I am joined by Avi of the Fashion Monster blog. We talk about what we saw and what we thought of PMX, and of course, we bring you our freshest anime picks. We are still working on getting our PMX 2012 photos and videos up. Keep checking our YouTube and Flickr! Today's Sponsor: Listeners like you!  Episode #0038 – Lost Treasures II – The Anime Expo 2012 Interviews | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 25:32

Today we bring you another in our series of Lost Treasures. We didn’t get very many interviews at Anime Expo this year, and I had thought I lost the two that we did get in the Great Hard Drive Crash of 2012. Fortunately iTunes (believe it or not) unknowingly made an automated backup of them when I synced my iPhone (which I was using to record the interviews). So here, at long last, we present our two Anime Expo 2012 interviews. We interviewed Ejen Chuang of Cosplay in America as well as Peter Payne of J-List. Important Note Please help us out by taking our quick audience survey. Also be sure and nominate us in both the Blubrry and Stitcher Podcast Awards. Your Supreme Leader commands you! ;-) Today’s Theme: “crossing field” by LiSA, OP to the 2012 anime Sword Art Online. Get a Crunchyroll Premium Membership!
