Summary: Shake it Off Cast is a blog and podcast dedicated to losing weight with Herbalife. My goal? To educate both you and myself on how to lose weight. So who am I? Well, I’m just a guy who is morbidly obese and has a 2-year-old daughter that he would like to see grow up; which will require a drastic change in lifestyle including losing a large amount of weight. I’ve been overweight a lot of my life so this will be a challenge, but it’s one that I think that I’m very much up for.

I was lucky enough to have to opportunity this weekend (October 26, 2013) to speak at Nutrition Connection here in Owosso, MI about my weight loss over the past couple of years. It was a great time to talk about the different Herbalife products that I’ve used, the books I’ve read, the podcasts I’ve listened to, and the experiences I’ve had in reaching where I am today.
