Scholars of Organizational Behavior
Summary: Scholars in Organizational Behavior is a video podcast produced by the Academy of Management Organizational Behavior division's Social Media Committee (SMC). In this series, graduate student members of the committee interview award winners and other notable OB scholars at the yearly Academy of Management conference. These interviews are then shared approximately once per month as a podcast. The mission of this committee is to produce and promote Internet-based materials and resources to better showcase the activities and scholarship of the OB division to the division’s members and to the public. Dr. Richard Landers of Old Dominion University is the chair of this committee, and Dr. Michael Johnson of the University of Washington is co-chair. Current graduate student members/interviewers are Pylin Chuapetcharasopon, Hector Martinez, Iva Petkova, and Montressa Washington.
