Nashawn is an American television and film actor, in addition to being a fitness coach. Kearse has appeared in starring roles on several modern day programs which include HBO series, Entourage, as rapper Saigon's cousin, New York Undercover and The Shield. Soon after Page Kennedy was let go on the ABC series, Desperate Housewives, Kearse served as Kennedy's replacement for the role of Caleb Applewhite, a fugitive who is being held captive in his mother's basement (Alfre Woodard). Prior to Desperate Housewives, Kearse had roles in Taxi, Marci X, Cross Bronx and as a voice on the video game, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Kearse co-starred in the 2007 film My Brother alongside Vanessa L. Williams. Nashawn was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and shares a son with Wendy Pastor.
