Summary: Nate is a good friend of mine that is rocking it in Appleton, Wisconsin (where??? google it). Even though he is a Brewers fan - I still like him. He is wholesaling houses from the MLS (mostly REO's & HUD homes) and selling them to Owner-Occupants. And the really cool thing - Nate keeps his business really simple.
