Summary: We have a few things to discuss this week, but an interesting item is FHA loans and how they are possibly creating the next wave of foreclosures. As is often the case, we were ahead of the curve on this one. We discussed this issue a couple of years back - but it now looks like some others are realizing the same thing. On a whime we have also started a new segment for the show. I am calling it "The Listings of Shame" for now - till I can come up with a better title!
