Bezeq behavior.

Summary:
On Wednesday, June 29, 2022, access to my website disability5.com was suddenly blocked for no reason at all. After a few inquiries, I found out that the reason for this was a malfunction in the servers of my Internet provider, the "Bezeq" company - because of which my computer received a non-Israeli IP address. In my telephone conversation with bezeq's service representative from Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 8:30 a.m., the latter claimed that I had to pay 14 shekels a month for receiving a permanent Israeli IP address. A representative of Bezeq claimed that this is a procedure that exists, so to speak, as of April 2022. I believe that this is simply the height of audacity :an IP address is a service that the internet provider is supposed to provide free of charge anyway – and the fact that Bezeq tried to abuse my plight in order to rake in a slight financial gain. It is extremely serious – and in my understanding, even bordering on criminal. This requirement of theirs is illegal - the cause of the malfunction is on bezeq's servers - and there is no reason why I, as an end user, will pay for it. What's more: I'm a disabled and sick person – and apparently there was an attempt to take advantage of this.
--- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/assaf-benyamini/message
