They talk about the potential for a new stadium, and the importance of that venue for the team to make the jump to the MLS. The conversation turns to the Colts, and on how optimistic the Colts and Greg are with Matt Ryan under center now. They also go over training camp, and what usually stands out during that.  (17:23-42:47) – James Boyd joins the start of the 2nd hour to talk Pacers, and if they should bring back Lance Stephenson, and if Stephenson would accept a lesser role, similar to Udonis Haslem. They dive into who else the Pacers should bring back, as well as target in free agency. Malcolm Brogdon is discussed, mainly if he will be moved during free agency, or if they’ll wait until the start of the season. They project the Pacers upcoming season and where the team will be at this point next year. Jimmy brings up the Jalen Smith situation, and what to expect out of that.  (42:47-57:37) – Dan Purcell, formerly of the New Orleans Pelicans, calls in to continue the NBA conversation. Dan gives his most valuable free agents in this free agent class, and what he expects to happen to those players. Dan also discusses what players the Pacers could be focusing on, specifically Deandre Ayton. Jimmy then breaks some news that USC and UCLA are planning to leave for the Big 10 in 2024.  (57:37-1:19:58) – JJ Stankevitz of Colts.com joins to first discuss the massive news out of college sports, and whether it’s a good thing or not. They go over how the realignment will impact the NFL, specifically in terms of scouting. They preview the Colts upcoming training camp, and what JJ sees in the position battles, and how players improve themselves.
