They go over how the realignment will impact the NFL, specifically in terms of scouting. They preview the Colts upcoming training camp, and what JJ sees in the position battles, and how players improve themselves. Jimmy asks about the state of the AFC South, and how the Colts should win the division this year, while JJ believes it will be another “grind it out” year for Indy.
