Summary: Our work teams are comprised of multi generations. And research indicates that each generation tends to have specific preferences and characteristics. I am delighted to introduce you to my work colleague, Amal Anup, to chat about one of these – Gen Z. Amal works as an HR Associate in Classification and Compensation at Capilano University in North Vancouver, British Columbia. He is originally from Kochi, Karala, India.
