Summary: Recorded on International Women’s Day, as a tribute to all the women out there that have held on to “secrets” in fear, shame, or feeling unworthy. This is for you! Sexual abuse is a tragedy that affects 1 in 3 women, and #metoo is too common! Women deserve to be heard, share their stories, and know that they can stand in their truth. In this episode, I share my reflections on the experience of realizing the need to end the silence for myself on International Women’s Day.
