Wasteland Survival Guide

The HourTime Show show

Summary: Hello and welcome to yet another exciting edition of The HourTime Show, the official podcast of WristWatchReview.com. Your hosts this week are John (@johnbiggs on Twitter), Victor (@vmarks on Twitter), and Nicholas (@nicholasadeleon). Time for a wrist check: Victor has a Bulova, Nicholas has an Orient Bambino, and John has a GMT Tudor, his love affair with his "Tiffany Blue" Seestern having seemingly come to an end. After opening the show with a bit of guitar talk ("It's a little hobby of mine," says John), your pals to the idea of watches in the apocalypse. Obviously. Will Daytonas or Pateks have any value in a world where society has broken down and we're all fighting for scraps? Would having a solar-powered G-Shock make you some sort of magician in your post-historic settlement? Very possibly, especially if as John points out you've got one of those G-Shocks that can display tide data. The way things are going, we may find out soon enough. We close the show by touching on some recently announced pieces, including Tissot's PRX chronographs and the deep green Omega Seamaster 300M. There's a bit more, but that about does it for this week. Thanks once again to Andrew Haworth for producing this week's episode. Keep it locked to WristWatchReview.com and @wristwatchreview on Instagram for more fun watch content. Thank you for listening, and have a great week!
