Processed food is easy to stay addicted to as long as you keep eating it. It can turn into a vicious cycle of overeating and poor food choices that never end.<br> <br> And what results do you get from a lifestyle of eating processed food? Have you noticed you don't lose weight eating like that, but instead, it's very easy to gain weight?
