Summary: Simon Clayton is based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney and his long exposure drone shots are second to none. He’s been photographing the beaches for about five years now, but still finds new an surprising things about the areas he explores. His main love is to shoot seascapes, sunrise and surf with a mix of drone and Mirrorless camera, depending on the conditions. Some of you may know him from the Scapers podcast which was one of the inspirations for me starting this thing. We’ll be getting to know Simon a bit better over the next hour or so and we’ll talk about where started with landscape photography what drives his passion for seascapes and landscapes, how he sees drone photography and where next for him and his work.
