Summary: I can say with a fair level of certainty that I have written in excess of 20,000 exercise programs in the nearly 20 years I have been studying at Uni and practicing as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. No matter how shitty of a practitioner you may be (I don't think I am and actually think I am very good at what I do), doing something 20,000 times will most definitely see you improve to a level that would give you a fair level of expertise. I have had the pleasure of working with returning war veterans, world class athletes, weekend warriors and EVERYONE in between and I want to impart the knowledge I have accrued over this time.
