Summary: Today’s episode we’ll be talking about the “yips”.. yeah I feel weird just saying it.. I’ve actually been getting a lot of questions lately from ball players who just struggle with their warmup throws or the first few throws of catch play not really having an idea of where the ball is going.. y’all are not alone!
