Having had mobility problems from childhood, she learnt to make garments for herself then switched to knitting for charity. She describes how Knit-a-Square gives focus to her knitting and what it means to be able to help and encourage other members on the forum.</p><p>Karen also shares some great tips on where to find new yarn and other extras at affordable prices.
