Summary: Canada's Jeff Adler is competing in the the CrossFit Games for the second time in his career. After a strong start in the opening event in 2019, he went on to finish 33rd overall. This year he finished 5th in Stage One of the Games to earn the right to go to The Ranch in Aromas, CA to compete for the title of Fittest on Earth. Adler talks to Sean and Tommy about his experience in Stage One, his athletic background, how he found CrossFit and what he hopes to accomplish at The Ranch.
