Erica previously acted as the organization’s Chief Media Officer, where she developed the mission-forward broadcast program, WFTDA.tv. After working in the film and television industries for more than a decade, Erica began a career in nonprofit management and sports. She has acted as an announcer for the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball, the Arena Football League, and more.
