Summary: The fourth episode of Creative Leader Roundtable features part one of our conversation with Tim Hale (SVP for Marketing and Design at Fossil) and riCardo Crespo (SVP & Global Creative Lead at 20th Century Fox). We discuss how creatives and leaders can stay engaged and fresh over the long-term.

About the panel:

Motivated by desire to grow as a designer, Tim Hale moved to Dallas in 1985 and started an in-house design and production studio for an embroidery specialty manufacturer. In 1987 Tim joined Fossil to start and head up the in-house design department. The relationship that followed has been a success story on many fronts. Most importantly, the now 19 year relationship, has shown the tremendous results that can be realized when design is used in harmony with business to achieve strategic goals.

riCardo Crespo is an ambassador of Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation, and serves as SVP, Global Creative. riCardo is best known in the creative+branding industries as a prominent creative ronin; and driven by the simple ethos of intelligently provoking and delivering against a brand’s promise.
