Summary: 1/8/2020<br><br>Season 10, Episode 66 of The Terrible Podcast is now in the can and in this Wednesday show, Alex Kozora and I start by going over the latest transactions made this week by the Pittsburgh Steelers in addition to quickly recapping the several players that the team reportedly worked out on Tuesday by the team. We also quickly go over the two-year contract that Steelers outside linebacker Tuzar Skipper recently signed.<br><br>What’s the latest on Steelers linebacker Ryan Shazier and his contract situation? Alex and I discuss the possibility of his contract tolling again this offseason and more.<br><br>The Steelers must decide by the start of the new league year in March if they want to pick up the 2020 option on tight end Vance McDonald. While it’s logical to think that they won’t ultimately decide to pick it up because of salary cap space needs, that decision, at least on the surface, might not be as cut and dry as most people might currently think and we explain why. We discuss McDonald’s immediate future and more.<br><br>How is the 30 percent rule in the CBA limiting the Steelers this offseason? Alex and I cover that topic as it mostly relates to the Steelers doing contract restructures this offseason to free up salary cap space.<br><br>Will and should the Steelers address the quarterback position again in this year’s NFL draft?
