Summary: Hope everyone had a great holiday season and is enjoying 2011! I feel this winter mix is a perfect compliment to zoning out and letting the music flow with your life. The mix starts out with some progressive house tunes and then moves into a continual mellow progressive groove. I have been working hard on some new original records and will be releasing them in the next month or so. I took the picture for this mix in the gardens (where the leaves have fallen off the trees) in the Getty Museum in Los Angeles. Hope you enjoy the mix! Dinka - Constant Sorrow - I wanted the mix to start with a house vibe and have been enjoying Dinka's latest grooves. This record has a nice relaxed intro vibe with some grooving house melodies on top Michael Cassette - Through the Windows - Wow, Michael Cassette - his Temporarity Album was my favorite music of 2010 and every track in that album is Amazing! Highly recommended. His productions are so clean and crisp - I really enjoy this vocal record and I wanted to feature one of his songs on this mix - great feel good music Ivan Azoyan - With Moon Without You - I enjoy the spacey vibe of this record and like the groovin bassline Vinny Troia - Do For Love (Matt Lange Remix) - another record with amazing production - very original and very well mixed. The vocal chops and bass sounds are amazing in this record M6 - Days of Wonder - really powerful and emotional sounding melodies - I really have been enjoying this record over winter and like the reverb and subtle sounds in the mix Jason Van Wyk - Once Again - a talented producer who I am sure will continue to become a bigger name in 2011 - I am really enjoying his productions and this is an outstanding record Hydra - Affinity (The Thrillseekers Remix) - One of my favorite producers (Thrillseekers) - his records are always well done and always quality. Definitely a classic melody - it fit the vibe I wanted to create on this mix and I never get tired of listening to it Benicio - For The Love of You - one of my personal favorites that I have been listening to since I started listening to trance - Absolute classic record and another one I never get tired of Matt Crofford - Venus - Over December I spent a lot of time working on my sound and developing some new concepts and ideas for records.
