Muscle Build Meal Plan

I was wondering is you have all being getting your 5-8 meals per day recently (small meals that is)here is a simple recipe to help you on your way to 5 meals a day

To burn fat and keep muscle, your body needs to accelerate it natural metabolic rate, which is simply done by consuming 6-8 SMALL meals per day. By ensuring these meals contain nothing but nutrient rich foods they will provide you with protein,quality carbohydrates and minerals to sustain your muscles and burn fat. Remember your body needs quality protein to burn fat 'Fast'.

Heres a recipe to help you with your daily food intake

800 grams of lean quality mince
1 kilogram of whole meal pasta
500 grams of quality tomato pasta sauce
tablespoon of vegetable oil

large container for the pasta and small container for work ETC.

cook the mince till brown, cook the pasta check to taste, add sauce to mince and mix together while cooking. Add the pasta to the mix and stir. Add the mix to your large container and add the oil to keep the pasta from sticking together in the fridge. Allow to cool and place in fridge. You can now have one qulaity meal for less than a fiver. and will last all week just fill up your container each day and microwave at work till hot ETC. The mix will stay fresh for 7 days as long as it is kept refridgerated.
