Someone has been harassing me and I believe I know who is doing it. Can you hear them. If you listen closely you can hear them. They admit to horrible things they did. The cops claim they can't hear anything. Do you hear the voices in the recording or am I crazy

These are some of the other recordings I sent to the Columbiana ohio police department too. And was to there was nothing on the recordings but I heard them when I was recording. I have choose not to listen to them. I will let the audience be the judge. It was at my job. They will probably be faint again harassing me threatening me etc. You be the judge? Are they there?
