In EMS and Healthcare we are taught to not get tunnel vision by looking only at the monitor and not paying attention to our patient’s signs and symptoms. As Project and Program Managers we should follow the same sentiment and not get locked into only how good our KPI‘s are tracking but should dive deeper into how the people are or are not adapting to the output of our projects.
